Part One: Origin

Wanda Wanderer was cursed by a wizard after having killed the wizard's wife during a witch hunt.
The curse gave her immortality and forced her to wander the Earth watching people lose those they love for all eternity.
Immediately after being cursed by the wizard, Wanda went on a journey to find a book of counter spells to try and break the curse.
After hundreds of years she found the ultimate book of counter spells, but sadly it was too late to break the curse that was cast upon her.
Wanda has grown sick of seeing people constantly die in front of her and has been driven mad by her endless nightmares.
She now is dedicated to protecting the families of the innocent from death, using her immortality and witch hunting skills.
Wanda suffers from nightmare induced hallucinations and is prone to occasionally attack those around her, mistaking her allies to be the murderous demons that haunt her dreams!

Part Two: Powers & Abilities

She is equipped with an enchanted blade designed to kill supernatural entities and a spell book of counter spells used to summon magical effects to cancel out the spells of enemies.
For example if Wanda is attacked by a fire spell, she can cast a water spell to counter it.
She can also use these counter spells normally, without having to specifically cast them to counter another spell. 
Wanda has learned intelligence, peak human strength from years of training, normal speed, regenerative immortality, long range and long duration magical energy projection, and a master of witch hunting.
She has a stat total of 22 out of 42.
Wanda's best stat is energy projection.
Her worst stat is speed.
